Workday Learning connects University faculty, postdoctoral trainees, staff, students, workers, and affiliates with required job-related training and learning opportunities through Workday@Penn.

Postdoctoral trainees may be assigned required training in Workday Learning based on their appointment, school or department, research activities, laboratory or clinical environment, funding source, or compliance requirements.

Training assigned through Workday Learning may include University onboarding, compliance, safety, workplace, research, or role-specific training. Postdoctoral trainees should complete assigned training by the required deadlines and consult their faculty mentor, department administrator, or school contact if they have questions about training requirements.
