Penn offers family support resources to help eligible postdoctoral trainees manage work, personal, and family responsibilities.
Eligible postdoctoral trainees may be able to access Penn’s Backup Care Program, which provides subsidized backup care when regular care arrangements are unavailable. Care may be available in the home or through participating childcare centers, including Bright Horizons centers, subject to current program rules.
Postdoctoral trainees should review Penn HR and Penn Family Center guidance for current eligibility, available services, costs, and access instructions.
