Penn’s Electronic Research Notebook

Description

Penn’s electronic research notebook service provides Penn researchers with access to LabArchives, a secure, cloud-based platform for organizing laboratory notes, research data, protocols, and related project materials.

Electronic research notebooks can support documentation, collaboration, continuity of research projects, and responsible research recordkeeping. Penn instructors may also use LabArchives as a collaboration and instructional platform.

Postdoctoral trainees should consult their faculty mentor, laboratory, department, or school to confirm whether LabArchives or another approved system should be used for their research records.
