Penn Bias Incident Reporting

Description

Penn is committed to maintaining a community in which members can learn from the research, ideas, and experiences of others while respecting the dignity and worth of all members of the University community.

Postdoctoral trainees who believe they have experienced or witnessed bias, discrimination, or conduct that negatively affects the campus community may submit a concern through Penn’s Bias Incident Reporting Form.

The Bias Incident Reporting process is one of several Penn resources available to support individuals navigating concerns related to bias, discrimination, harassment, or community impact. Depending on the nature of the concern, another University office or reporting process may also apply.

Postdoctoral trainees who are unsure where to begin may also review OPA’s Overview of Resources at Penn to Support Conflict Management and Resolution.

Individuals may report their concerns about having been treated in a biased or discriminatory manner by completing a Bias Incident Reporting Form.
