Description
The Office of the Ombuds is a confidential, informal, impartial, and independent resource for members of the Penn community who are experiencing difficulty, conflict, or uncertainty at the University.
Postdoctoral trainees may contact the Office of the Ombuds to discuss concerns related to mentoring relationships, workplace or research group conflict, communication challenges, academic or professional concerns, or other matters affecting their experience at Penn.
The Ombuds Office can help visitors explore options, improve communication, identify resources, and consider possible next steps. Postdoctoral trainees are encouraged to contact the Ombuds Office early, before a concern escalates.
