The Office of Equal Opportunity Programs (OEOP) is responsible for implementing and supporting the University’s policies, procedures, and priorities related to equal opportunity, nondiscrimination, and a respectful campus environment.
OEOP provides information about Penn’s Equal Opportunity Policy and guidance on where to submit complaints of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
Postdoctoral trainees who have questions or concerns related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reasonable accommodations, or equal opportunity should review OEOP guidance or contact the office directly.
