The Postdoc Academy is a comprehensive online and in-person program built on the National Postdoctoral Association core competencies to support skill development throughout postdoc training, from orientation to their next career step.
The Postdoc Academy is a flexible professional development program, built specifically for postdocs. This new program is funded by the National Institutes of Health and is a collaboration between Boston University, Northwestern University, Michigan State University, and the University of Wisconsin – Madison. The Postdoc Academy offers online courses with supplemental in-person or virtual learning communities.
