Participants will learn fundamental psychological approaches such as stereotyping threat, unintentional blindness, and selective attention, along with traditional diversity approaches that emphasize micro-advantages and micro-inequities. The training challenges participants to review organizational systems and identify opportunities to mitigate bias and advance diversity, equity, and inclusion.
