About

Are you often unsure when to say “yes” or “no” to others’ requests? Do you agree to things without considering their impact on your time and productivity, leaving you feeling angry and resentful during the academic year? Many faculty members, both pre-and post-tenure, struggle with this issue. In this webinar, you’ll learn about the common mistakes faculty make when responding to requests, how to identify and break these patterns, and effective strategies to help you confidently say “no.”

Participation is free with Penn’s institutional membership to the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity. Use your Penn email to create an account.
