Event: Penn Sachs Program Opening Reception — We the People: Sam Maitin

The Penn postdoctoral community is invited to the opening reception for We the People: Sam Maitin, an exhibition celebrating the work of the celebrated Philadelphia artist. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in the Arts Lounge at the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.

Presented by the Sachs Program for Arts Innovation, the Penn Art Collection, and Penn Libraries, the exhibition highlights Maitin’s banners, studies, and prints, and is curated by Lynn Smith Dolby (Penn Art Collection) and Lynne Farrington (Kislak Center, Penn Libraries). The exhibition will be on view from October 15, 2025, through February 21, 2026.
