The Penn postdoctoral community is invited to attend the 2026 Virtual All-Industries Career Fair, a university-wide recruiting event connecting participants with employers across a broad range of industries and career paths.
This virtual fair provides opportunities to explore organizations seeking talent for internships, full-time roles, and other professional opportunities. Participants can engage with employers through group sessions and one-on-one meetings, making it an effective forum for networking, learning about hiring needs, and advancing career goals beyond academia.
Registration for the fair will open on February 12, 2026. In advance of registration, participants may bookmark the event and explore the list of registered employers through Handshake.
To make the most of the virtual fair, attendees are encouraged to review the Handshake Virtual Fair FAQs and ensure their Handshake profiles are fully updated, including graduation date, school year, major or concentration, GPA, work authorization, and job interests. Accurate profile information is required to sign up for employer sessions.
