The Penn Postdoctoral Association (PPA), in collaboration with the Conflict and Conduct Working Group, invites you to the launch of the Postdoc Community Advisor Initiative—a new peer-support program aimed at strengthening community, promoting a healthier workplace culture, and fostering collaboration among postdocs at Penn.

Attendees will have the opportunity to:

• Learn about the goals and responsibilities of the Postdoc Community Advisor role
• Meet the working group behind the initiative
• Review key findings from the recent Conflict and Conduct Survey
• Network with fellow postdocs and research associates over lunch and refreshments
