About

DEEPenn STEM is seeking current Penn graduate students and postdoctoral scholars to volunteer as part of the Diversity Equity Engagement at Penn in STEM (DEEPenn STEM) weekend during the first weekend in October. 

Volunteering during one of the 6 sessions indicated below will generally involve helping to escort students around Penn’s campus and give you a chance to talk with prospective undergraduates about your own grad school experience. Additionally, there are opportunities to sit on one of two Grad Student Panels, present a research poster at our grad fair, and have a small group tour and mentoring session with the prospective students at the end of the weekend.

There will be food available for volunteers during the sessions throughout the weekend.
