About
The Postdoctoral Enrichment Program (PDEP) by the Burroughs Wellcome Fund is an initiative designed to support underrepresented minority postdoctoral fellows in the United States or Canada. This program aims to enhance the career development of fellows in biomedical or medical research through mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must identify as underrepresented racial or ethnic minorities in biomedical or medical research
- Must hold a postdoctoral position at a U.S. institution at the time of application
- Research must be in biomedical or medical science
- Mentor support and institutional endorsement are required
Program Details:
- A three-year enrichment program supporting skill-building and professional development
- Awards may be used for research supplies, training workshops, travel, or career development activities
