About

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Postdoctoral Fellowships 2025 provide competitive funding to support excellent researchers holding a PhD who wish to pursue advanced training and international, interdisciplinary, and inter-sectoral mobility. Fellowships are open to researchers of any nationality and support both European and global research experiences.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must hold a PhD at the time of application.
• Open to researchers of any nationality.
• Applicants must not have resided or carried out their main activity in the host country for more than 12 months in the 36 months prior to the deadline.
• Applications must be submitted jointly by the researcher and a host institution (academic or non-academic).
• Special eligibility conditions apply for proposals in the Euratom research area.

Fellowship Types:

• European Fellowships: For researchers moving within Europe or coming to Europe from any country. Duration: 12–24 months.
• Global Fellowships: For European nationals or long-term residents conducting research in a non-associated Third Country (12–24 months), followed by a mandatory 12-month return phase in Europe.
