The primary mission of the Du Bois Postdoctoral Circle is to support the educational, professional, and social growth of Black postdocs and other marginalized postdoctoral scholars at the University of Pennsylvania. Membership to the Du Bois Postdoctoral Circle (DBPC) is open to all postdoctoral scholars at the University of Pennsylvania. Postdoctoral Scholars affiliated with the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Monell Chemical Senses Center, and the Wistar Institute are also welcome if they are connected to the Biomedical Postdoctoral Program at the Perelman School of Medicine.
