The Penn community is invited to attend Penn Dental Medicine Celebrates Women’s History Month, featuring the keynote “Finding Your Voice: Service, Courage, and Making a Difference.”

Dr. Sara Hurley, CBE, is a senior dental leader and former Chief Dental Officer for England (2015–2023), with a background that includes senior roles in military dentistry and national health system leadership. Her work and speaking often focus on leadership development, building resilient health workforces, prevention-focused care, and driving system-level improvement, including leading through periods of disruption such as the COVID-19 pandemic.
