Call for Applications: University of Notre Dame — College of Arts and Letters Provost’s Postdoctoral Fellowship Program

The Penn research community is invited to apply for the 2027–2029 Provost’s Postdoctoral Fellowship Program in the College of Arts and Letters at the University of Notre Dame. The College will appoint 8 postdoctoral fellows across departments and programs in the humanities and related fields, including art history, English, German and Slavic studies, philosophy, romance languages, theology, race and resilience, and history and philosophy of science.

Fellows receive an annual salary of $75,000 plus $15,000 in research and professional development support for a two-year appointment. Applicants must have completed, or expect to complete, a doctorate between January 2024 and June 2027. Scholars of all nationalities may apply, but current Notre Dame postdocs and Notre Dame doctoral candidates or graduates are not eligible.
